  • Large format retail display prototyping including everything from dressing up fixtures with unique substrates, production processes, and material construction, to figuring out complex executions for existing client themes, all within budget.

  • Prepare client presentation decks with detailed prototype explorations for sales and pricing teams.

  • Develop client themes throughout a wide range of retail installations both for visual effect and shoppable executions (i.e. clings, overheads, headers, floor graphics, palette toppers and wraps, case stackers, and various aisle/fixture dress up elements.)

  • Manage Creative Service Department upon CD leave of absence, including managing creative and production teams from 3 production facilities to execute a large custom trade show booth, on-boarding and training for 2 new designers, and scheduling the production of prototypes with the entire platform sales team.

  • Coordinate with outside vendors to create unique movie promotion displays that utilize sound, motion and lights all within client budget, keeping the final execution easy to ship, install, and repurpose at the store level.

  • Organize and execute work flow process and production schedule for all clients managing a team of 2 designers.

  • Coordinate the development/release of different small and large format print pieces for corresponding national print program rollouts with account directors as well as the web content and development team to ensure the variables per-piece were represented correctly and performed adequately on web portal.

  • Proof and press check various projects on many different substrates and color match to pre-approved specifications for clients such as Steak ’n Shake, Einstein Bros. Bagels, TGI Fridays, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH and Whataburger.

  • Work directly with clients to streamline a revision/approval process for completing the 36 page Promotional Guide that accompanied promotional collateral kit rollouts arriving in stores.

  • Design custom promotional pieces for clients using brand guides and preparing conceptual custom pieces for client presentations and sell-in such as Boston Pizza Canada, Steak ’n Shake, Pizza Hut, KFC, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Taco Bell with very strict and very quickturnaround times.
